岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责SMT贴片线的日常维护，包括设备调试、原料准备、生产过程跟踪等。

2、根据生产计划安排，负责SMT贴片线的生产，保证生产进度。

3、负责SMT产品的质量和生产效率的跟踪，确保产品符合质量要求。

4、负责维护SMT生产线设备，确保设备正常运行。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科学历，5年左右SMT设备维护保养工作经验，有NXT、富士、松下等机器的的生产调试和维护经验。

2、熟练掌握SMT制程工艺专业知识，熟悉IPC610标准，熟悉SMT工艺参数的设置与控制。

3、精通PCBA锡膏印刷、贴片、焊接质量管控方法，熟悉PCB元器件辅材辅料的管控标准。

4、熟练使用CADCAM350OFFICE等软件。

5、具有6sigma、QCC或是主导专案项目改善的经历优先。

6、可以接受夜班工作。
