岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责供应商来料质量管控，主导进料异常分析并推动根本原因解决及闭环;

2、执行新供应商导入审核，评估制程能力与质量体系，确保符合公司标准;

3、处理产线突发物料品质问题，快速响应并制定临时措施，保障生产连续性;

4、定期开展供应商绩效评估，组织质量改善会议，推动持续优化与降本增效;

5、建立并维护来料检验标准（SIP）及缺陷数据库，完善质量管理文件体系。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、大专及以上学历，电子工程、材料科学或相关专业，具备3年以上SQE经验;

2、精通IATF16949、ISO9001等质量管理体系，熟悉汽车行业标准;

3、熟练掌握QC七大手法、8D报告、SPC、MSA等质量工具，具备数据分析能力;

4、具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能独立主导客诉处理及供应商现场审核;

5、能适应短期出差，具备良好的职业素养及抗压能力
