Newrotech, an Odoo partner based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, is seeking freelance Odoo consultants to deliver client implementations on a per-project basis.
Scope
End-to-end configuration and delivery of Odoo across core modules: Accounting and Invoicing, Sales and CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project, HR, and Point of Sale. Work includes company and multi-currency setup (IQD/USD), master data import, module configuration, user roles and access rights, opening balances, UAT support, training, and go-live assistance.
Terms
Remote, project-based, paid by milestone
Signed NDA, IP assignment, and non-solicitation required
Client relationship and sign-off remain with Newrotech
Requirements
Requirements
3+ years implementing Odoo, with at least 3 go-lives you personally delivered
Proven configuration experience in two or more modules beyond Accounting
Strong business process understanding — able to map a client's real workflow onto standard Odoo
Fluent Arabic and working English
Experience with Odoo data import (CSV) and data migration
Available for scheduled calls Sunday–Thursday

Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh experience
Studio, automation rules, and custom report layouts
Python/XML module development and API integrations
Multi-company deployments
Industry depth in trading, distribution, manufacturing, services, or retail
