Principales responsabilidades:

  • Aportar ideas y participar en la definición de la visión técnica de componentes clave de la plataforma.
  • Contribuir al diseño de sistemas y arquitectura, con la guía del equipo.
  • Colaborar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de servicios escalables y resilientes.
  • Participar activamente en el desarrollo "hands-on" de proyectos críticos para entregar valor a los clientes.
  • Aprender y aplicar estándares técnicos que aseguren calidad, eficiencia y buenas prácticas.
  • Trabajar junto a equipos multidisciplinarios (producto, data, tech, growth, etc.) para resolver problemas y construir soluciones.
  • Asegurar la calidad de las funcionalidades entregadas a producción, garantizando su estabilidad y correcto funcionamiento.
  • Brindar soporte y mantener un acercamiento proactivo con usuarios internos y externos para resolver incidencias y recabar feedback

¿Qué necesitas para brillar?

  • +3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software en producción.
  • Experiencia desarrollando con Node.js y TypeScript.
  • Experiencia trabajando con AWS y arquitecturas basadas en la nube.
  • Experiencia en arquitecturas basadas en eventos.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de servicios y sistemas de alta calidad.
  • Contribuir a implementar mejores prácticas de ingeniería y optimizar la eficiencia del equipo.
  • Disfrutar y destacar trabajando en equipos multidisciplinarios con distintos niveles de experiencia y contextos.
