We’re looking for a Senior Online Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on social media management and community engagement to maximize Yardi’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is for a creative storyteller who makes decisions with data and stays ahead of digital trends. You'll work closely with the content, SEO, and communications teams - making sure the signals you pick up from community channels feed directly into editorial strategy. You'll connect the dots from reputation management to product positioning and brand awareness.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
What you'll bring along:
- 3+ years of social media or community management experience, ideally in a B2B or tech environment;
- Proven platform fluency and a track record of driving meaningful engagement across social media channels;
- C1+ U.S. English proficiency; sharp written communication is the core of this role;
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Letters or a related field;
- Experience with social media management and monitoring tools (Sprout Social, Mention, Hootsuite, or similar);
- Comfort with design tools (Canva, Figma) for light content production;
- A data-informed approach to performance reporting and strategy.
What you'll do:
- Produce platform-native copy across channels - from YouTube video concepts and community posts to Reddit contributions and Instagram captions, each written for its specific audience and context;
- Build and manage Yardi's presence in UGC forums and industry communities - join relevant threads, respond to industry discussions, and amplify thought leadership content;
- Identify, develop, and manage influencer partnerships - briefing creators, aligning on messaging, and overseeing delivery to ensure content meets brand standards;
- Grow engagement on managed channels through consistent organic activity;
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on what the data actually tells you;
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver cohesive messaging across channels.
