Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle for various job levels, including specialist, supervisory, and managerial positions.
Strong skills in sourcing, headhunting, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Experience in manpower planning, recruitment reporting, and KPI analysis.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Microsoft Excel, and recruitment tracking tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
Very good command of English, written and spoken.
