Designing, developing, and evaluating machine learning models on complex telecom and retail dataTransforming high-volume datasets into production-ready solutions such as churn prediction models and point-of-sale fraud modelsTranslating business needs into actionable ML and AI solutions across marketing, customer care, and network operationsBuilding reliable, explainable models using machine learning techniques, data analysis skills and strong statistical methodsParticipating in generative AI initiatives including working with LLMs, knowledge graphs, traditional NLP approaches, and custom modelsStaying up to date with the latest research in data science and generative AIBuilding and deploying production-ready models in collaboration with MLOps engineers, data engineers, product management, and ITMentoring junior and medior colleagues and leading internal knowledge-sharing sessions

BSc or MSc of Economics, Technology, Natural or Social SciencesRoutine in handling large volumes of enterprise dataAdvanced use of data science tools including Python and SQLAt least 4-5 years of experience in a data science, advanced analytics or machine learning engineer roleThorough understanding of statistics, machine learning and data modellingExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient level of English
