Content Manager, zVAS

As the Content Manager, you will operate at the intersection of Product Experience, UX Copywriting, and Commercial Monetization. You will transform core product capabilities into high-converting in-app experiences, persuasive messaging, and seamless Go-To-Market (GTM) packaging across Zalo VAS portfolios.

Your primary mission is to optimize user touchpoints, eliminate purchase friction, and drive Free-to-Pay conversion and retention through product-led communication and strategic UX writing.

What you will do

1. Product Positioning Message & Content Strategy

• Define content strategy and positioning messaging matrices for new features, packages, and subscription tiers.
• Craft user-centric packaging (naming, pricing tier descriptions, feature highlights) that clearly communicates value to mass consumer and SME merchant segments.

2. In-App Growth UX & Copywriting

• Own micro-copy, UI text, and behavioral triggers across high-conversion touchpoints (Checkout flows, Paywalls, In-app Pop-ups, Banners, and Push Notifications).
• Optimize copy based on Zalo platform constraints (character limits, notification rules) to maximize Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CR).

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration (Design & Research)

• With UI/UX Design: Provide conversion-focused UX copy, trigger frameworks, and messaging hierarchy to ensure UI layouts accentuate key selling points.
• With UX Research (UXR): Commission monetization-specific research (churn analysis, purchase barriers, pricing sensitivities) and translate insights into actionable copy improvements.

4. GTM Execution & Optimization

• Lead Go-To-Market messaging plans for campaign launches; act as the quality gatekeeper for product messaging before handing off to Campaign Operations.
• Partner with Growth PMs to conduct continuous A/B testing on messaging variants, headlines, and call-to-action (CTA) copy.

What you need

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX Writing, Product Marketing, or Growth UX within SaaS, mobile apps, or digital tech products.
• Product-Led Mindset: Deep understanding of user psychology, conversion funnels, and how micro-copy directly impacts monetization.
• Data & Research-Driven: Strong ability to interpret behavioral metrics, leverage user research, and convert qualitative feedback into effective copy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven track record of bridging Product Managers, UI Designers, and UX Researchers.
• Language: Native Vietnamese fluency with exceptional, persuasive UX copywriting skills; proficient in English for professional communication.
