Overview
Inovalon is an American healthcare technology company that provides cloud-based software, data and analytics to health plans, providers, pharmacies and life sciences companies through its Inovalon ONE platform, headquartered in Bowie, Maryland. Founded in 1998, it was taken private in 2021 by an investor consortium led by Nordic Capital and runs further offices in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, Tampa, Florida and Gurgaon and Hyderabad in India. It hires health data scientists, AI and site reliability engineers, product and project managers, sales engineers, business development managers and legal and commercial staff.
