Your Duties
- Produce bakery products and desserts in the onboard bakery, ensuring hygiene and quality standards.
- Prepare cakes, pastries, sweets, and desserts according to specified recipes.
- Organize and present the daily cake buffet.
- Support in the control and organization of ordering, storage, and inventory management.
- Work in the Show Galley area as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness in the entire work area and adherence to uniform regulations.

Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a confectioner with patisserie experience.
- At least two years of professional experience, preferably with river and/or ocean experience.
- Very good knowledge in the production of cakes, desserts, and sweets.
- Knowledge of international standard products and HACCP knowledge.
- Good German and English language skills.
- Creativity and innovation in patisserie.
- Attention to detail and high service orientation.
