We are seeking an experienced Business Analystto join our expanding team.

We are looking for an expert who understands both business processes and technical implementation, acting as a bridge between business needs and IT development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the continuous development of a workflow-based system from both business and technical perspectives.

• Gathering and analysingbusiness requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

• Preparing functional and technical documentation that addresses both business objectivesand technical implementation.

• Developing solutions and proposals to meet business requirements.

• Collaborating closely with clients, developers, and the testing team.

• Managing and implementing changes during the project, aligning business and technological requirements.

• Participating in system testing and rollout processes.

• Conducting demos and training sessions related to system implementation.

Requirements:

• Higher education (a degree in IT, economics, or engineering is preferred).

• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

• Knowledge of workflow-based systems and processes, including their technical background, is an advantage.

• Experience in understanding and analyzingbusiness processes.

• Ability to connect processes with technical solutions, demonstratingstrong business and technical acumen.

• Experience in various phases of the IT development lifecycle (design, development, testing).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Proficient English language skills.

• Familiarity with process modelingtools.

• Analytical and process-oriented thinking, with strong problem-solving skills.
