The Work:

The Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence Application Architecture team provides functional architecture support for our sales and pricing tools, ensuring their stability, alignment, and performance.

As a member of the Application Architecture team, you will be part of the Center of Excellence (CoE). You will help design, prioritize and deliver sales applications that enable more than 50,000 users across Accenture. You’ll ensure that our tools continue to address evolving business needs for continued sales success. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, process orientation, and communication skills.

For APP CoE you will:

• Be a functional architect supporting Accenture’s sales tools
• Understand requirements and provide input to the design of process and tool changes.
• Build and test application updates.
• Apply your knowledge of the software development life cycle to help execute a project from start to finish.
• Respond promptly to critical events and follow through to ensure they are resolved (incident management).
• Manage user access to tools (security provisioning).
• Understand how the Application Architecture team supports the delivery of Sales Excellence service offerings.

• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Be an individual contributor with ability to recognize and seek guidance on competing priorities
• May supervise a small team with oversight from a supervisor
• Provide input into the creation of operational processes and tool design/maintenance
• Demonstrate knowledge of Sales Excellence Offerings and how Application Architecture supports them with expertise in specific area of responsibility

For Lead Origination you will:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day tasks and activities for the Lead Origination reporting and research team, supporting marketing operations and market research initiatives.
• Own and continually optimize the client intent data process, engaging with stakeholders to review findings and enhance the reach and effectiveness of gathered intent signals.
• Deploy agentic AI agents to streamline automated market research and cross-reference buyer intent signals with APP product portfolios for enhanced lead targeting.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize response and conversion rates for future initiatives.
• Continually review and update existing processes, proposing and implementing automated workflows to reduce manual workload and increase operational efficiency.
• Leverage Agentic AI solutions to automate routine tasks and streamline business operations.
• Curate, update, and enhance Salesforce CRM reports and dashboards to support the day-to-day operations of the Lead Origination team.
• Provide functional design for new processes, translating business requirements into scalable solutions to support Lead Origination needs.
• Mentor, train, and guide the Lead Origination research and reporting team to develop and strengthen relevant analytics skills.
• Design, develop, and deploy automated campaign outreach frameworks, scaling personalized targeting workflows to optimize marketing performance and promote APP’s software portfolio.

Here’s what you need:

• Business management degree
• Typically have a minimum 4-5+ years of relevant experience
• English language fluency (oral and written)
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with formulas and data manipulation
• Proficient in business intelligence tools (such as Power BI) and advanced data transformation utilizing Power Query.
• Proficient in building and deploying AI agents to automate workflows and streamline business processes.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, able to follow the established procedures and protocols
• Independent and team-oriented, able to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Basic knowledge of sales and pricing data and tools and how they are used in the business
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, able to interact with various stakeholders and teams
• Ability to understand the high-level requirements and expectations of the different teams and applications
• Potential to supervise a small team with guidance from a supervisor
• Confident in engaging with senior leadership within the scope of responsibility
• Responsible for an area of medium size and complexity
• Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs (e.g., when interaction/conference calls with team members in other time zones is required, release cutover weekends, when a critical issue requires immediate resolution).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Extra credit if you have:

• Understanding of sales processes and tools
• Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools to design, build, and implement automated business processes, or to apply these logics into AI agents
• If internal candidate: understanding and proficient use of Manage My Sales is a plus
