IT Lead Project Manager

Job Title

Summary

Lead the Avinor Solution Center, ensuring successful delivery of the roadmap across scope, quality, budget and timelines while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Act as the main customer contact, driving governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management and long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the Solution Center roadmap, ensuring commitments are met on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Establish and manage governance processes, including Steering Committees and customer engagement forums.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, reporting and invoicing activities.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies, driving mitigation plans and escalations when required.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product, development, consulting and service initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with customer business and IT leaders, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
• Support business growth opportunities through strong customer engagement and collaboration with commercial teams.
• Ensure effective communication, reporting and information management across all stakeholders.

About the ideal candidate:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs in international environments.
• Strong understanding of airport, airline or travel technology solutions.
• Proven experience in delivery, program or solution management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• PMP certification preferred.
