About the Role
As a People Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, shaping its vision and driving operational excellence. Your leadership will ensure strong delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and technical quality, while creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
In this role, you’ll:
- Define a clear team vision aligned with organizational strategy and translate it into actionable goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to support their professional growth and performance.
- Oversee planning, resource allocation, and improvements to processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor progress on key initiatives, provide timely updates, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration with development, architecture, and QA teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of critical issues while prioritizing long-term stability and customer satisfaction.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and open communication within and across teams.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience managing high-performing technical teams or similar leadership roles.
- Strong ability to set strategic direction, drive execution, and optimize operational performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
- Background in software delivery, systems architecture, or development is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset, flexibility, and dedication to creating an inclusive, team-first culture.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
