Helpdesk / SysOps / System Administrator
Andersen is hiring a Helpdesk / SysOps / System Administrator to support enterprise IT infrastructure, ensure reliable system operations, and provide technical support across global projects.

Responsibilities:
Providing L1/L2 technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows/Linux workstations and servers.
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar environments.
Monitoring system performance, availability, and security, responding to incidents and alerts.
Supporting network infrastructure, VPN connectivity, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and infrastructure components.
Performing system updates, patching, backups, and recovery procedures.
Maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
Must-haves:
Experience as a Helpdesk Engineer, System Administrator, SysOps Engineer, or in a similar role for 2+ years.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user access management.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and operating system issues.
Familiarity with TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and basic network administration.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, or similar).
Experience with monitoring, backup, and system maintenance tools.
Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages for task automation.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate or above.
Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge of German.
