Pour renforcer les équipes de l'un de mes prestigieux clients, je recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) Support N1/N2 pour une mission en présentiel en Occitanie.

 

🎯 Missions principales

  • Gestion et résolution des tickets utilisateurs

  • Support technique de niveau 1 et 2

  • Configuration et préparation des postes de travail

  • Déploiement et implémentation à distance

  • Diagnostic et dépannage à distance

  • Assistance aux utilisateurs sur les environnements bureautiques et systèmes

  • Participation au maintien en condition opérationnelle du parc informatique

👤 Profil recherché

  • Capacité à intervenir rapidement sur des sujets variés
