Key responsibilities
Enter, validate, and maintain data in company databases with a focus on precision.
Perform regular data quality audits and resolve discrepancies.
Generate and format Excel reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
Maintain documentation of data entry procedures and updates.
Assist in the development of automated Excel tools to improve efficiency.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data handling policies.
Required qualifications
2-5 years of experience in data entry or administrative analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, Access).
