Certification Business Developer (Certification Product Line Head "ISO standards")

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Drive the growth of certification services and commercial activities across Kazakhstan.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage the overall certification business operations.
• Ensure effective planning, allocation, and management of resources.
• Oversee operational activities in compliance with Bureau Veritas Management Systems, Code of Ethics, Group Policies, and applicable accreditation and licensing requirements.
• Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) performance of the Certification business line.
• Identify market opportunities and implement business development strategies.
• Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and P&L responsibility.
• Background in Operations, Technical Management, Sales Leadership, Certification, or Auditing.
• Knowledge of the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry is highly desirable.
• ISO Auditor / Lead Auditor qualification or training is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, business development, and market analysis skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Digitally oriented with proficiency in modern business tools and technologies.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
