ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for a technical support specialist - the team's first line of help - capable of resolving incidents with agility, patience, and deep technical knowledge.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The IT Support Specialist keeps technology running so everyone else can work without friction. We want someone with broad knowledge of systems, networks, and productivity software, with the ability to communicate with users at all technical levels and resolve problems calmly and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle technical support tickets and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents.
  • Configure and maintain computers, peripherals, and operating systems.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and accounts in Active Directory and cloud services.
  • Install, update, and manage corporate software and licenses.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the team knowledge base.
  • Support infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology upgrades.
  • Maintain current inventory of technology assets.

SKILLS

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-4 years in technical support or helpdesk.
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic network systems.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, or others).
  • English B2-C1.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
