Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst (1-Yr renewable contract)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst (1-yr renewable contract) to join our team and play a key role in supporting ambitious organizational growth and innovation for our client in the Insurance industry.

The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data analysis skills, technical expertise, and outstanding stakeholder management skills to inform business strategies and foster better marketing ROI to achieve APAC regional growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Use industry-leading data analysis and visualization tools to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and support strategic business decisions of the major markets.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling Marketing reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to diverse stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders to understand their business requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with achievement of organizational goals.
• Project Support: Contribute to successful project delivery by applying best practices from recognized project management and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: More than 6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role in the Insurance Industry, demonstrating a track record of successful marketing project outcomes.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization platforms such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Methodologies: Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other recognized project management frameworks.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex marketing concepts into clear, marketing actions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven success in managing stakeholder expectations and eliciting support of adoption of marketing actions. Get these stakeholders to own these marketing outcomes and share their best practices and high performing Marketing ROIs with other markets.
