岗位职责 / Responsibilities

岗位概述

负责 USB 控制器及相关 PHY/协议栈的硅后功能验证、bring-up 与 debug，覆盖 Host/Device/Hub、高速协议场景，并交付可用于 ATE/SLT 的测试 pattern。

工作职责

主导 USB IP post-silicon 功能验证：枚举、传输模式、电源状态、热插拔、错误注入与恢复等

负责 USB bring-up 与协议/电气/系统级问题 debug，协同 PHY、控制器、软件与系统团队闭环

基于 FPGA / Emulator 搭建 USB 验证环境，完成硅前验证与硅后问题复现

开发、优化并交付 USB 相关 ATE / SLT pattern，支持功能筛选与量产测试

制定 USB 验证计划与兼容性/互通性测试策略，输出完整验证与签发报告

沉淀协议级测试方法、自动化脚本与问题知识库

任职要求 / Requirements

任职要求

USB / 高速接口 IP 验证或硅后经验

熟悉 USB2.0 / USB3.x / USB4 或同类高速串行协议，理解 Host/Device/OTG 架构

具备 post-silicon bring-up / debug 经验，能处理协议、链路、驱动协同问题

有 FPGA / Emulator 验证经验; 熟悉协议分析仪、眼图/信号完整性基础优先

具备 ATE / SLT pattern 开发与交付能力

熟悉 SV、C/C++、Python; 英语技术文档读写良好

加分项

USB-IF 合规、Type-C/PD、xHCI、PHY calibration、互通性测试与量产 pattern 经验
