Data Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI) to design and implement an end-to-end data warehouse infrastructure that meets our client’s organization business intelligence andanalytics needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of data sources that orchestrate business intelligence and reporting across the organization. He / She will have deep expertise in data modelling, ETL processes, data visualization, cloud platforms, and data governance best practices.

It provides solutions for document management, intelligent data processing, and secure information storage. Through advanced technologies and automation, the company helps organizations optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a robust, scalable, and high-performance data warehouse infrastructure preferably in SQL Server.
• Lead data modelling efforts (conceptual, logical, and physical models).
• Establish best practices for data governance, security, and quality.
• Create and manage ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Develop operational and analytical reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design dimensional data models (star / snowflake schemas) for reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity through data governance practices.
• Monitor performance and optimize data flows and report queries.
• Provide documentation, support, and training to data users across the business.

Required Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  2-4 years of experience in data warehousing and BI development.

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or later).
• Proficient in SSIS for building and automating ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS for creating paginated reports and dashboards.
• Advanced skills in Power BI for interactive reporting and DAX.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, T-SQL, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse).
• Familiarity with data security and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with DevOps for BI (source control, deployment automation).
