Email Marketing Executive

Join Connectd as an Email Marketing Executive, where you'll play a key role in executing outbound and re-engagement campaigns, supporting newsletters, lifecycle communications, and wider email marketing initiatives. This hands-on role requires strong copywriting skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of email marketing best practices. You'll work with HubSpot templates and emerging AI-assisted production tools to create engaging, targeted campaigns that drive meaningful results.

Missions

• Support the planning, copywriting, building, and execution of outbound email sequences and re-engagement campaigns.
• Write compelling, audience-focused email copy, including subject lines, preview text, body content, and calls to action.
• Build and prepare email campaigns using HubSpot's existing templates and modular components, and support the production of regular newsletters.

Profil recherché

• Previous experience in an email marketing, CRM or digital marketing role.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for different audiences
• Hands-on experience building and delivering email marketing campaigns using an email marketing or CRM platform
• Good understanding of email marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, personalisation, A/B testing and performance metrics
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing copy, campaign setup and email quality
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop new skills

Nice to have:

• Experience using HubSpot, Instantly.ai or similar email marketing and outreach platforms
• Experience with outbound email sequences, lead nurturing and re-engagement campaigns
• Familiarity with prospecting and list-building tools such as Apollo.io
• Experience working with modular email templates or drag-and-drop email builders
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and marketing automation tools
