Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Business/Migration Analyst to support BI migration initiatives by driving report rationalization, requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and business acceptance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Classify BI reports based on business relevance, usage, ownership, and other defined criteria.

- Identify and document report owners and relevant business stakeholders.

- Analyze the existing report landscape and identify opportunities for report retirement, consolidation, or rationalization.

- Gather and document business and reporting requirements for migration activities.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure business users validate migrated reports.

- Maintain migration decisions and ensure documentation is accurate throughout the lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, BI, or related roles.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working with BI reporting and analytics environments.

- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
