Role : Technical Lead - Databricks Genie & Power BI Copilot

Location : Remote

Role Summary :

Technical lead responsible for designing, configuring, and scaling Genie spaces and Power BI Copilot solutions for one or more business domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and manage Genie spaces end to end, including semantic models and text to SQL workflows.

- Design and optimize Power BI semantic models to enable Copilot and AI driven insights.

- Translate business requirements into scalable data models, SQL logic, and analytics solutions.

- Build and support Power BI dashboards (DAX, data prep, visualizations) ready for AI integration.

- Partner with business and domain teams to drive adoption and solution quality.

Required Skills :

- Advanced SQL and strong semantic modeling / data design experience.

- Hands on Power BI development (DAX, datasets, dashboards).

- Ability to bridge business questions to technical implementation.
