We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang (70%) and working knowledge of Java (30%) to build scalable, high-performance backend applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing distributed systems, REST APIs, cloud-native applications, and database optimisation. The role requires someone who can develop new services in Golang while supporting and enhancing existing Java-based applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.
  • Support, enhance, and maintain existing Java applications and services.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Design scalable and resilient distributed systems.
  • Optimise application performance, memory usage, and database queries.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.
  • Collaborate with Frontend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA, and Product teams.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Ensure application security, reliability, and high availability.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
