Product Manager 2

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Product Manager to build and scale innovative consumer-facing digital products. In this role, you will own key product initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive user engagement, retention, and business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2C/D2C consumer internet products, excels at solving customer problems, and has successfully delivered products at scale.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Product Strategy and Execution:

• Own the product roadmap for one or more consumer-facing product areas.
• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Translate customer insights into product opportunities and feature requirements.
• Prioritise product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch and post-launch optimisation.

Customer and Growth:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through research, analytics, and feedback.
• Improve customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and overall user experience.
• Drive product growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimisation.
• Monitor customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure timely delivery while balancing quality, scope, and business priorities.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.

Data and Analytics:

• Define and track key product KPIs and business metrics.
• Use data and customer insights to make informed product decisions.
• Analyse product performance and recommend improvements.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of Product Management experience in Consumer Internet/B2C/D2C product companies.
• Proven experience building and scaling customer-facing digital products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
• Experience working with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics to drive decisions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.

• Candidates from leading consumer product companies such as: E-commerce, Marketplace, Food Delivery, TravelTech, FinTech, OTT/Streaming, Hyperlocal Platforms, Consumer SaaS.

• Analytics and Tools: SQL (preferred), Google Analytics, Mixpanel / Amplitude, Jira & Confluence, Figma (working knowledge).
• Business Skills: Customer-Centric Thinking, Data-Driven Decision Making, User Engagement & Retention, Conversion Optimisation, Business Strategy, Market & Competitive Analysis.
