Senior Product Manager II

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager II to drive key product initiatives across order management and homepage/personalisation. The ideal candidate should have a strong product mindset, experience managing large-scale consumer or digital products, and a proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and end-to-end delivery for order management or homepage/personalisation.
• Define product strategy, prioritise features, and drive execution with cross-functional teams.
• Enhance customer experience through personalisation, user journey optimisation, and product improvements.
• Drive product decisions using customer insights, analytics, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimise key business and user metrics.

Requirements:

• 9-12 years of product management experience.
• Strong experience in order management and/or homepage and personalisation.
• Experience with consumer-facing or digital products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user journeys, and customer experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, A/B testing, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or CleverTap.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in product-based companies.
• Exposure to personalisation, recommendation engines, growth products, or large-scale transactional platforms.
