Position: Salesforce Data Cloud & Agent-force QA
Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the role: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud and Agent-force to validate enterprise Salesforce solutions, AI-powered agents, customer data integrations, and automated business processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce testing, Data Cloud validation, Agentforce testing, data integration, and end-to-end quality assurance. The candidate will work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and product owners to ensure the accuracy, reliability, performance, and quality of Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Data Cloud Testing

• Perform functional and end-to-end testing of Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
  
• Validate data ingestion from multiple sources, data mapping, transformation, and data harmonization.
  
• Test Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and calculated insights.
  
• Validate identity resolution, reconciliation rules, and unified customer profiles.
  
• Test segmentation, audience creation, and activation processes.
  
• Verify data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across integrated systems.
  
• Validate integrations between Data Cloud and Salesforce CRM and external applications.
  

Salesforce Agentforce Testing

• Perform functional and end-to-end testing of Agentforce AI agents.
  
• Validate agent topics, actions, instructions, and reasoning capabilities.
  
• Test Agentforce interactions, prompt templates, and response accuracy.
  
• Validate AI-generated responses against expected business outcomes.
  
• Test agent interactions with Salesforce records, Flows, Apex actions, and external systems.
  
• Validate agent escalation, hand-off, and fallback scenarios.
  
• Test guardrails, security permissions, data access controls, and responsible AI behavior.
  
• Identify hallucinations, incorrect responses, and inconsistent agent behavior.
  
• Validate conversational experiences across different user scenarios.
  

General Salesforce QA Responsibilities

• Prepare test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.
  
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
  
• Perform API testing for Salesforce integrations.
  
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
  
• Maintain test execution reports, defect metrics, and QA documentation.
  
• Support release validation and production deployment testing.
  
  

Required Technical Skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce QA / Software Testing.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture and platform capabilities.
  
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Data Cloud.
  
• Knowledge of Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation.
  
• Hands-on experience or strong project exposure to Salesforce Agentforce.
  
• Understanding of Agentforce topics, actions, prompt templates, and agent configurations.
  
• Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Apex integrations, and CRM functionalities.
  
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration testing.
  
• Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
  
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.
