Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI and NLP solutions. The role involves working with LLMs, model customization, AI application development, and data-driven problem solving while collaborating closely with consulting, engineering, and client teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and NLP solutions using models such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, and other open-source or commercial LLMs.
- Build AI-powered applications and workflows to address complex business and operational challenges.
- Customize and optimize LLMs using LoRA, PEFT, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and other model adaptation techniques.
- Develop solutions using RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks where applicable.
- Evaluate model performance, accuracy, reliability, and scalability and continuously improve AI solutions.
- Work with large and complex datasets to identify patterns, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop reusable AI components, pipelines, and services suitable for enterprise deployment.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing applications, APIs, data platforms, and business workflows.
- Collaborate with Consulting, Engineering, Data, Product, and other teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand business problems, recommend appropriate AI approaches, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Stay current with developments in LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, agentic AI, model optimization, and AI engineering practices.
- Ensure AI solutions follow appropriate standards for security, privacy, responsible AI, and production readiness.
Mandatory Skills :
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, Data Science, or AI Engineering, with strong hands-on development experience.
- Strong experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, or equivalent models.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, LoRA, PEFT, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, vector search, and RAG architectures.
- Experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Experience with AI agents / agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
