Role Summary

Enboarder is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing and managing our Salesforce instance and integration architecture to deliver reliable systems, clean data, and scalable processes that support pipeline generation, customer growth, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Ownership & Best Practices: Serve as the go-to technical resource and subject-matter expert on Salesforce best practices, staying ahead of new platform capabilities and applying them to continuously improve our systems and processes.
• Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including the creation of custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, page layouts, and record types.
• CPQ Administration: Own configuration and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ - including price books, product bundles, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows - to support accurate, scalable quote-to-cash processes.
• Automation & Process Optimization: Design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce Flows and other automation to streamline and scale business processes as requirements evolve.
• Solution Delivery: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions - owning scoping, design, and partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance throughout project execution.
• GTM Systems Integration: Maintain and support integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack (e.g. HubSpot, Planhat, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.), ensuring reliable data sync and system performance across the revenue organization.
• User Enablement & Support: Provide enablement and day-to-day support to end users - including triaging and resolving CPQ / Opp-related issues, and other ad hoc requests from sales reps - to ensure teams are proficient in Salesforce and can fully leverage its capabilities.
• Data Management & Governance: Ensure data integrity through data cleansing, de-duplication, and regular data maintenance activities, including regular account and contact association audits to maintain consistent, reliable data across Salesforce and connected systems.
•  Reports and Dashboards: Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide visibility into funnel performance, ARR, and other key GTM metrics across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• User Management & Security: Create and manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels and data security.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, automation, and business processes to support knowledge continuity.

Required Qualifications:

• Experienced Salesforce Administrator (likely 5+ years experience) with demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex projects independently

• Salesforce Administrator certification and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification required; Advanced Administrator certification strongly preferred

• Strong experience designing, building, troubleshooting, and optimizing Salesforce Flows

• Proven experience with administrating and configuring Salesforce CPQ

• Previous experience in the Software industry with solid understanding of ARR/Subscription business model and sales processes

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with sales, marketing and customer success platforms (e.g. Slack, HubSpot, Gong, Planhat)

• Experience managing Salesforce sandboxes and release processes, including Change Sets, sandbox refreshes, and org migrations

• Experience with data management and integration concepts and data security best practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I Certifications
• Experience developing for the Salesforce Platform (Apex Controllers, Triggers, Batch APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce programmatic solutions)
