About The Client
We are reinventing consumer credit. We wildly reduce the cost of capital by using technology to easily tap into people’s assets. Our first product is the world's cheapest credit card - backed by home equity. Using many patented technologies, we sped up a process that usually takes 4-6 weeks and thousands of dollars down to as fast as 15 minutes and $0 to get.

Responsibilities:
Reviewing security documents for completeness and recording requirements
Filing security documents with appropriate governmental entities
The verifying client provided documents during the account creation process
Assisting in the preparation and filing of account closing documents
Assisting other departments with document requests and record-keeping
Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of experience handling US Loan or Mortgage tasks, with 2+ years in a lead, supervisor, or team management capacity
Deep, hands-on expertise in Liens, Deed of Trust, Vesting, and HELOC Refi processing
Demonstrated experience coaching or managing a team in a document processing, mortgage, title, or loan operations environment
Comfort owning SLAs, quality metrics, and escalation paths for a team
Strong stakeholder management skills - able to work directly with Legal, Compliance, and external parties (title companies, county recorders)
Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; excellent written English
Experience using customer communication and task management programs, Google Drive, and Email
Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services
Exposure to Automation or building AI bots is a plus
Flexibility to work US Pacific time 9 AM to 7 PM (with a 1-hour break), including coverage planning across time zones
