工作职责 / Responsibilities

1.Working with team members and applicants from clinical departments, play key role in sourcing of quality Medical/Non-medical supplies required for care of patients and make sure they arrive in a timely & cost-effective manner.

2.Ensure the purchasing activities are legal, ethical, cost effective and compliant with JCI standards, hospital policies, auditing requirements, government laws & regulations.

3.Provide support and assistance in development of a stable supply chain to meet growing needs from UFH Shanghai market.

4.Keep systematically record for Medical/Non-medical supplies. Provide assistance in approval and purchasing process.

5.Work closely with UFH SCMC team. Keep close follow up on purchase orders placed for Medical/Non-medical supplies to make sure they arrive at the right time.

6.Provide informative reports for stakeholders on time.

7.Provide assistance in Medical/Non-medical supplies payment projection.

8.Other duties assumed as required by department head.

任职要求 / Requirements

1. Knowledge Skills and Abilities-

1)Knowledge in medical consumable product or purchase / supply chain management

2)Good oral and written English

3)Good communication skills

4)Good learning spirit

5)Good team spirit

2. Minimum Education Requirement-

1)College or above

2)Prefer Medicine / Bio-Medical Engineering

3. Minimum Experience Requirement-

1)At least 3 years related working experience;

2)Hospital working experience is definitely a plus
