We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Intern

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Maintain updated tracker of issued purchase orders
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on expected delivery dates
• Obtain delivery confirmation from suppliers and receiving locations
• Track outstanding deliveries and highlight potential stock-out risks
• Support reconciliation of purchase orders against delivery documentation
• Participate in procurement meetings and document action points
• Assist procurement officers with assigned administrative tasks
• Support implementation of departmental procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A Degree in Procurement & Supply Management, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics & Transport, Operations Management or other related discipline
• Knowledge of Inventory Management, Cost Management and Procurement Management is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality of supplier info & pricing
• Proficiency in Excel / ERP systems is an advantage.
