Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Build modular, high-performance UI components using ReactJS and EmberJS.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails or Java.
• Own the full development lifecycle from design to deployment and debugging.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code optimised for readability and performance.
• Apply deep OOP concepts and design patterns to solve real-world problems.
• Ensure systems are tuned for high availability, fault tolerance, and observability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and SRE teams to deliver customer value fast.
• Explore and apply AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building and scaling fullstack systems.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (ReactJS, EmberJS).
• Strong backend experience with Ruby on Rails or Java.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and REST APIs.
• Experience with RDBMS, caching strategies, distributed queues, and microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and Agile development.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for design systems, UX patterns, and performance optimisation.
