Administrative Assistant (East/ 1 year contract/ Up to $3,300)

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Training Centre, including schedule coordination, project assistance, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Prepare quotations and generate invoices for customers.
• Coordinate and manage communications with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Administer and monitor feedback processes for trainers and trainees.
• Perform data entry, consolidate information, and prepare periodic reports.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required, with scope expanding based on experience.

• Diploma qualification with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Contract may be renewed or converted to a permanent position based on performance and business needs
• Working Days: Mon -Fri, Working Hours: 8:30 to 17:30
