Inside Sales Support and Coordinator [up to $3,800 | Central]

Responsibilities:

• Customer and Sales Support: Responsible for generating sales quotations and handling customer inquiries. Occasionally supporting technical queries and proposals.
• Administrative Coordination: Manage project documentation compilation and submission work, coordinating commissioning engineer schedule according to project requirements.
• Marketing Coordination: Managing marketing material inventory (e.g. brochures, product samples) and coordinating collaterals required for exhibitions (4~5 times/year)
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

• Min 2-3 years of experience in a similar role withininside sales or customer service within the manufacturing industry or handling engineering products.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for data analysis and reporting.
• Candidates must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with regional distributors and HQ in Germany
