Maintenance Technician (Contract / ACMV / Electrical)

Responsibilities:

• Attend joint inspections with tenants’ contractors for fitting-out and reinstatement works
• Perform general building maintenance, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems
• Conduct chemical servicing of kitchen hood filters for specialty restaurants
• Inspect common areas and tenant premises as required
• Update daily maintenance logs and prepare weekly and monthly inspection reports
• Identify and troubleshoot defects such as power failures, leaks, and air-conditioning issues
• Inspect firefighting and protection equipment, including extinguishers, hose reels, and dry risers
• Coordinate with superior landlord on repair and maintenance of building services
• Support night-shift maintenance activities, including KWP replacement works
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as assigned by Supervisor
• Requisition necessary parts and materials required for maintenance and repairs
• Adhere to workplace health and safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance within a commercial building or shopping centre environment
• Strong understanding of building maintenance procedures and M&E systems
• Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, sanitary, building maintenance and/or ACMV systems
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio visual systems
