Personal Secretary (Central/ Up to $5,500)

Responsibilities :

• Provide high-level, discreet personal and administrative support to the Chairman’s family, ensuring a seamless and well-managed lifestyle.
• Oversee and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and daily engagements with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Accompany and assist with personal errands, including shopping and lifestyle-related activities.
• Manage pet care arrangements, ensuring all needs are attended to promptly.
• Handle comprehensive travel planning, including flight and accommodation bookings, visa applications, and detailed itinerary preparation for private travel.
• Support insurance matters and other personal administrative requirements.
• Accompany the family on overseas trips when required, providing on-ground coordination and support.
• Act as a central point of coordination, communicating schedules and updates with family members, drivers, the Chairman’s Office, and overseas headquarters.
• Plan and execute family events and private functions with attention to detail and discretion.
• Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders to manage appointments and communications.
• Provide translation and interpretation support between English and Chinese where required.
• Extend administrative support to the Chairman’s Office team as needed.
• Undertake additional duties and special assignments with flexibility and professionalism.

• Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Personal Secretary role, preferably supporting senior executives or private individuals.
• Positive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset, with the ability to respond effectively to changing needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable to work on weekends when required (not often).
