Sales Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Process and enter sales orders accurately in the system
  • Verify pricing, product details, and customer information
  • Issue invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
  • Follow up on pending orders and coordinate delivery schedules
  • Monitor delivery status and resolve delivery issues
  • Prepare shipping documentation
  • Track inventory levels, update stock records, and perform stock reconciliation
  • Liaise with warehouse on stock movement and report discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Service teams
  • Maintain filing, documentation, and customer database
  • Handle customer enquiries regarding orders and deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and assist management with administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in ERP systems is an added advantage
