Senior Compliance Specialist (Central/ Up to $4,800)

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and interpret applicable data protection laws to ensure business compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies, frameworks, and SOPs, including data breach response and reporting procedures for regional incidents.
• Conduct regular privacy risk assessments and data mapping to identify and mitigate risks.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and enforcing compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support the delivery of compliance and data protection training programs for employees.
• Draft, review, and provide input on legal documents, contracts, and policies.
• Provide support on legal and regulatory matters as needed.
• Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, and general administrative tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in compliance.
• Solid knowledge of regional personal data protection laws, regulations, principles, and best practices.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative team player, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
