The Account Management team is the trusted partner and operational backbone for our clients and merchants. We are dedicated to building long-term, positive client relationships, driving strategic operational growth, and optimising partner success.

Get to Know the Role

As the Intern, Account Management, Retail/FMCG, you will gain hands-on experience managing client portfolios, supporting business operations, and analysing performance data. You will work with teams to resolve client challenges, improve reporting, and ensure smooth daily engagement with key account partners.

This full-time internship is fully on-site and will run from January 2027.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will support account managers by managing daily client communications, responding to partner queries, and implementing client success plans.
• You will manage regular administrative tasks, maintain organised account documentation, and coordinate internal workflows to ensure accuracy across important accounts.
• You will track key account performance metrics, synthesise data into clear insights, and prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external reviews.
• You will collaborate with operational and teams to investigate partner issues, recommend solutions, and support prompt resolution.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Undergraduate in Business or other relevant courses
• Comfortable in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment
• Experienced in balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (g-Docs, g-Sheets, g-Slides, and g-Drive).
• Have experience with building, nurturing, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Comfortable with analysing quantitative/qualitative data, and approach challenges logically.
• Experience maintaining an organised and up-to-date data accuracy in all deliverables.
• Be a collaborative team player within a cross-functional environment.
