Job Description:
Operating Systems: Basic knowledge of Windows. Familiarity with Windows Server, macOS, or Linux is a plus.
Networking: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network troubleshooting.
Software: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
Hardware: Basic knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting.
Active Directory: Basic understanding of user account management, password resets, permissions, and group membership is a plus.
IT Support: Basic understanding of troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
Cybersecurity: Basic awareness of cybersecurity principles, phishing, malware, password security, and safe IT practices.
Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose basic technical issues and follow a structured approach to resolving problems.

Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Relevant internships, university projects, or practical IT experience are considered an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in English.
