• Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Innovate: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

  • Talent Acquisition Maestro: Oversee and optimize the entire Recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire the best candidates.

  • Employee Champion: Drive robust Employee Relations, fostering a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.

  • Performance Architect: Implement and manage effective Performance Management systems that encourage growth, recognize achievements, and address development areas.

  • Compensation & Benefits Strategist: Administer competitive Compensation & Benefits programs, ensuring fairness, compliance, and market competitiveness.

  • Policy & Compliance Guru: Develop, update, and enforce HR Policies & Procedures, ensuring adherence to local labor laws, including Egyptian Labor Law.

  • Development Driver: Identify training needs and facilitate impactful Training & Development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.

  • Seamless Onboarding: Design and execute engaging Onboarding experiences that integrate new hires smoothly into our culture.

  • HRIS Management: Leverage HR Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR operations and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven mastery in Human Resources (HR) management and strategic planning.

  • Exceptional track record in end-to-end Recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, fostering positive workplace dynamics.

  • Strong capabilities in Performance Management and talent development.

  • Proficiency in designing and managing Compensation & Benefits programs.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures and compliance, particularly with Egyptian Labor Law.

  • Experience with Training & Development initiatives and effective Onboarding processes.

  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient HR operations.

  • Outstanding Communication, interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution skills.

• Education Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles.

• Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in a managerial or senior HR role, showcasing your ability to lead and innovate.
