Our Revenue Operations team helps Sales, Marketing and Customer Success make better decisions by providing accurate data, clear reporting and reliable forecasting.

As a Revenue Operations Associate, you’ll support the team with reporting, forecasting, dashboards and data analysis. Excel will be one of your main tools, so you’ll need to be confident using formulas, lookups and Pivot Tables.

This is a career-starter/development role for someone who is highly numerate, enjoys working with data and wants to build commercial and analytical skills. Relevant experience could come from employment, university, an internship, placement or project.

Why This Role Matters

Good business decisions depend on good information.

You’ll help make sure commercial teams have accurate data and useful reporting so they can understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and plan ahead.

Your work will support better forecasting, cleaner data and clearer decision-making across the business.

About the Team You'll Join

You’ll join a Revenue Operations team of around 10 colleagues across the UK and India.

The team works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and senior leaders, supporting commercial reporting, forecasting, pipeline visibility, data quality and performance analysis.

You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and will gain exposure to how a global software business operates.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll support the team with:

  • Maintaining sales forecasting processes.

  • Monitoring sales performance against targets and forecasts.

  • Building and maintaining Excel reports, models, dashboards and trackers.

  • Working with large datasets accurately.

  • Identifying and correcting data quality issues in Salesforce.

  • Supporting pipeline hygiene and data accuracy.

  • Preparing regular forecast and performance updates.

  • Analysing sales trends, pipeline movement, conversion rates and forecast accuracy.

  • Highlighting risks, opportunities and useful insights.

  • Supporting revenue planning and performance reviews.

  • Communicating simple findings clearly to colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

The most important requirement is strong Excel and data skills.

We’d like to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and Pivot Tables.

  • Confidence working with spreadsheets, large datasets and detailed information.

  • Good numerical and analytical ability.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • The ability to spot trends, patterns and possible data issues.

  • Good organisation and the ability to manage several tasks.

  • Clear written and verbal communication.

  • Confidence explaining simple findings or updates.

  • A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.

It would also be helpful if you have some exposure to:

  • Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Analytics.

  • Salesforce or another CRM platform.

  • Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.

  • Forecasting, pipeline management, sales performance or revenue tracking.

  • Reports, dashboards or data analysis.

You do not need previous Revenue Operations experience or to meet every desirable requirement. If you have strong Excel skills, enjoy working with data and are keen to learn, we’d be pleased to hear from you.

What You’ll Gain

  • Support and guidance from experienced colleagues.

  • The chance to build your Excel, reporting and analytical skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI and commercial reporting tools.

  • Exposure to senior leaders and global teams.

  • A better understanding of how Sales, Marketing and Customer Success work together.

  • Opportunities to develop into Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or Commercial Operations roles.

If you’re looking for a role where you can build valuable skills and see the impact of your work, we’d love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Impact: Your work will influence millions globally.

  • Growth: Continuous learning and career development opportunities.

  • Belonging: A culture that celebrates diversity and empowers every individual.
