Warehouse Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and an understanding of mechanical equipment.
• Proven managerial and leadership abilities.
• Experience in stock control, inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily warehouse activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy and stock movements
• Supervise and support warehouse staff
• Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking and dispatching of stock and equipment
• Maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse environment
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements
