Accountant

Operate as the outsourced financial accountant for our Foundation clients, with responsibilities across:

• Day-to-day financial operations and bookkeeping
• Preparing and posting journals (QuickBooks experience essential)
• Monthly management accounts, including income statement and balance sheet reviews
• Budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Liaising with our Cayman-based team on financial reporting and commentary
• Overseeing payments, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, KYC and basic regulatory requirements
• Communicating directly with clients and external service providers

• A deep understanding of accounting principles (formal qualification preferred)
• 2-3+ years post-qualification experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong experience in preparing management accounts and handling full finance function ownership
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting systems
• Comfortable working independently - a self-starter who requires minimal training
• Maturity and reliability - we are ideally looking for someone around 30 years old or older who brings a sense of accountability and ownership
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, including international teams

• Previous experience in an outsourced finance or client-facing role
• Exposure to Web3, crypto, or digital assets
• Knowledge of Cayman or other international financial governance frameworks
• Experience with both fiat and digital asset payments and reconciliations
