Company and Job Description

A growing organisation is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its finance team. The successful candidates will be responsible for financial reporting, payroll management and accounting activities across various entities within the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full finance function
  • Process payroll for multiple entities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts
  • Perform general ledger reconciliations
  • Support audit requirements
  • Maintain accounting records
  • Assist with budgeting processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support group reporting activities

Job Experience and Skills Required

Qualification:

  • SAIPA or SAICA articles completed
  • BCom Degree required

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years post-article experience
  • Financial Services or Technology industry exposure advantageous
  • Multi-entity exposure beneficial

Technical Skills:

  • Sage Business Cloud
  • Sage Intacct
  • QuickBooks
  • Pastel Partner
  • Payroll processing
  • Financial reporting
