Financial Accountant

Our client is seeking two Financial Accountants to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who has completed SAICA or SAIPA articles and gained valuable post-articles commercial experience.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, supporting payroll requirements across multiple entities, and maintaining strong financial controls. This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of accounting responsibilities within a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full finance function
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Process and review journals and reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Manage payroll activities across multiple entities within the group
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support audits and statutory reporting requirements
• Analyse financial information and provide reporting insights

Job Experience and Skills Required

• BCom Accounting or related qualification
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles

• 2-3 years' post-articles commercial experience
• Financial Services or Technology industry experience advantageous
• Experience within a full finance function environment
• Payroll experience advantageous
