Junior Implementation Consultant
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team. This is a client-facing technical role responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring and implementing business solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting clients throughout the implementation process.
The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with a strong “figure it out” mindset. They should be comfortable being presented with a requirement or problem they have not encountered before, researching the options, asking the right questions and finding a practical solution.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and business processes.
Gather and clarify requirements by listening carefully and asking the right questions.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Configure, implement, test and support client solutions.
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and research solutions where necessary.
Think creatively when dealing with unusual or complex client requirements.
Manage client expectations and maintain clear, professional communication.
Build strong working relationships with clients and understand their environments.
Collaborate with other implementation specialists, developers and support staff.
Document requirements, configurations and agreed solutions.

Experience
Previous experience in a client-facing technical role is strongly preferred. Suitable backgrounds could include:
IT Helpdesk / Technical Support
Application Support
Software Implementation
Business Systems Support
Junior Business Analysis
Technical Consulting
Document or Information Management Systems
Exposure to Microsoft 365, Windows environments, databases, SharePoint, workflows, APIs or system integrations would be advantageous.
Previous M-Files experience is advantageous but not essential. The ability to learn, troubleshoot, understand business requirements and communicate effectively with clients is more important than experience with a specific platform.
